Under general supervision of the VP of Engineering, the Network Engineer plans, implements, manages, maintains, and troubleshoots all development video and data networks.

Engineering Administrative Support

Grass Valley

Under general supervision, supports the engineering department by providing administrative support. General duties include ensuring the engineering libraries are current, assisting in purchasing and tracking equipment, coordinating with other departments, supporting and arranging travel, scheduling and setting up meetings.

Staff Software Engineer

Researches, designs, develops and tests new software for AJA products. Provides technical direction and support to other engineering management and engineering project members.

Customer Service/Order Entry Representative

Grass Valley

Provide service and support to our customers and sales team. Process incoming sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries or refer customer to appropriate company personnel. Communicate with customers and fellow employees in a friendly, professional manner.

Technical Support Technician

Grass Valley

Acts as a technical problem solver to end-users and dealers primarily for our entire product line. Provides technical assistance on video and film technology and client workflows. Communicates with all areas of the company, primarily sales and other members of Technical Support. Communicates technical data found from client issues back to other members of Technical Support as well as to Product Management and/or Engineering, as product feedback.
