Screensharing for Technical Support

To better help you resolve issues for your support needs, AJA support recommends downloading a third party remote support tool called Splashtop SOS*. This is a simple to use remote support tool that allows AJA Support to connect to your computer, Windows or macOS, and help resolve issues quickly and more efficiently than through just a phone call alone. Your use of the application opens a single session, allowing AJA Support to control your computer while both parties view the configuration changes being implemented in real time to help solve your issue.

The process consists of 3 simple steps:

2. Run Application

Run the Application, then provide the Tech Support agent with the code that is generated. This will allow the Tech Support agent to view and control your computer to help troubleshoot.

3. Close Splashtop SOS

When finished, close the Splashtop SOS App and screen sharing will end.
