When You Need Support:

Check your system configuration and make sure everything is connected properly.

For Io or KONA products, make sure that current Final Cut presets and Easy Setups match what you are trying to do.

For Final Cut Pro operational issues, Power Mac system issues or Xserve RAID issues, contact Apple Customer Support for help.

For AVID DS Assist Operational issues, customers should contact the Avid DS Support Center (www.avid.com/us/support/video.aspx) for help. DS Assist users can also use the "Ask a Question" web form from the Avid web site (Support & Training - Knowledge Base) to request assistance with the DS Assist and AJA board set up.
