Apple ProRes is the standard video codec used by Apple Final Cut Pro, and also has compatibility with other NLEs, including Adobe Premiere and Avid Media Composer. AJA Video offers a broad set of Apple ProRes profiles to suit the needs of any project, providing high quality, visually lossless video up to 4:4:4 RGB 4K/UltraHD 60p. AJA Desktop Software 15.2 brought universal Apple ProRes family support to Mac, Windows and Linux platforms, allowing unification of codec workflows regardless of the chosen platform. AJA Control Room software offers capture and playback of ProRes using AJA devices, also across platforms.
