Xena Supported System Configurations


The AJA support and engineering team target only Enterprise Class Worstations. The slot placement is based on an engineering analysis of the motherboard for performance and available bandwidth. These are the required HD / 2K workflow configurations for the Xena product line.

To use Slot 5 in option 2 the BIOS must be
set to 8 lane. If using the Internal SAS controller for storage AJA only supports the 2Ke / LHe
in slot 5. If using SLI AJA only supports the
2K / LH in Slot 7.

There are subtle engineering diffference between the Tyan S2676 Motherboard and the XW8200. The S2676 Motherboard does not support a the PCIe model of the Xena card as it does not have a PCIe 4x slot
