| Minimum KONA 2 System: Macintosh G5 dual 2GHz processors (PCI-X bus is required), with 1 GB RAM, and one or more internal SATA drives. Some early dual 1.8 GHz G5s had PCI-X busses; these will also work with KONA 2. Note: this minimum system will work with compressed DVCPRO 25, 50 and HD only. Working with uncompressed requires the recommended system shown below. Ensure your Macintosh has a PCI-X slot for compatibility.
